Who has rights to the commissioned art

You can:
use it on ur websites,ur clubs,ur blogs
use it as icon, website background or any other stuff
as gifts for ur friends
print it(not for sell)
if your  commission is pixel base,you can ues it

You can't:
used commercially without note me for agreements
tell others that you drew it

I keep these rights to use your commissioned art work:
keep my signature and website on it
show it on my websites and other online galleries
make it print and sell it

2. I will reply if I accept your commission, and tell you the Total Price in and my PAYPAL ACCOUNT in it.

3. then i'll give you a sketch,you have one chance to ask me amend it.

4. when you fell that's ok, u can go to pay me the 1st half and I will start to finish it when received your payment.

5. when i finished the pic,i will send you a smaller thumbnail,you have one chance to ask me amend only the color.

6. I will send the original image to you when the full payment is paid.

I just draw：

-Real people with the photo(but draw by my style)
-only one Character with a simple bg or no bg

About base============
You can specify some images without copyright question as a reference, or just let me draw what i want.

[No matter chibi or base, they are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.I have the final rights to use them.]

Because some questions were asked repetitively, my answer is this：

Q：Can you draw a pic for me？
A：some people were asking me about request, I am very grateful, but i have to say sorry, because now I am busy with some commission, which is my job. I hope you can understand.
Maybe I will open commission in the future(maybe some free or commutative）, someone interested could concerned about my journal.

Q：Where did you get the base for these dolls ？
A：All my pixel dolls are original by myself without the head (excluding face). That means the hair，face，body，cloth……all of them are mine. In fact they are someone else's commission, I must use that head，excluding [Rabbit and Cat].By the way,the drawer'name is penpon,who drew this head base.

Q: Can you share the base to use?
There is no base because I draw the body with clothes togther,but maybe i will draw some base in the future.
